Qi Gong classes are held in Bishop's Stortford (Herts) & Wickford (Essex). The classes are open to everyone. We regularly have newcomers join us who are up and running in a few weeks.

 

More advanced practitioners who sometimes come from the other energy healing arts, such as yoga and reiki, can quickly develop a deep practice, using this profound, but gentle energy system.
